Please find our terms and
conditions which you will need to agree to before your
appointment. Please do take the time to read through.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our Gift Card Vouchers are available for all treatments
and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at
the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from
the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for
cash and are non transferrable. Olivia Megan Beauty
cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive in plenty of time to enable your
appointment to start at the time booked. Late arrival
may result in a shortened treatment time due to having
other clients booked in, however treatments will still
have to be charged at full price.
CANCELLATIONS
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an
appointment. . Appointments missed without notification
will be charged at full price. Card details must be
given for all new clients.
DEPOSITS
Olivia Megan Beauty reserves the right to request a
deposit in order to secure an appointment.
REMINDERS
You’ll be sent a reminder of your appointment once
booked then followed by a text reminder to the mobile
number you have given as part of your personal
information the day before your appointment.
PRICES
All pricing stated in the price list is subject to
consultation. Prices may be subject to change where a
longer appointment is needed for the treatment.
PAYMENT
I accept all major cards & GBP cash are accepted for
payment for your treatment.
Please note that Olivia Megan Beauty does not keep cash
on the premises, so it would be helptul if you are
paying by cash to bring the exact amount.
ACCESSIBILITY
The salon is situated in Studio 2 on the first floor and
is accessed by stairs with handrail leading to the first
floor. There is customer parking to the side of the
salon on both sides and also up the street opposite.
There is a pedestrian crossing right in front of the
salon that you can cross the road safely. If you have
any accessibility needs not covered here, please contact
me and I can consider doing the treatment on the ground
floor is suitable.
CONSULTATION
For certain treatments, clients will be sent the
appropriate consultation form to complete once you have
booked. This is required so that I can assess if the
treatment is suitable for you and ensure you receive
treatments safely. Consultation forms can be handed back
to me in person in the salon or sent via email. Some
appointments will not be carried out without a
consultation form being completed. For some treatments,
you may be required to undertake a patch test. All patch
tests must be done 48 hours before your appointment.
Booking a patch test is the client’s responsibility.

You confirm that your personal information which you
provide when you contact Olivia Megan Beauty either by
telephone, social media or in person at the salon is
true, accurate and current in all respects. If any of
your personal information changes then please notify us
accordingly. Your personal data will only be used by
Olivia Megan Beauty and will be protected from any third
parties. Please contact me if you wish your personal
data to be removed or do not wish to be contacted.
